Orbitronix Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates orbitronix.tech and the Orbitronix Growth OS platform (marketing.orbitronix.tech). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our website or services you agree to this policy.
Information We Collect
Website enquiries: name, email address, and message content you voluntarily submit. Growth OS platform: WhatsApp message content and metadata (sender phone number, timestamps, delivery status) received via the WhatsApp Business Platform API; Facebook and Instagram lead form submissions (name, phone number, email, and custom fields configured in your lead ads); Facebook Page and Instagram account analytics (reach, engagement, ad performance) via the Meta Graph API; Meta Ads performance data (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions) via the Meta Marketing API.
How We Use Your Information
Contact enquiries are used solely to respond to you and assess project fit. Growth OS platform data is used to: operate the CRM and sales pipeline on your behalf; power the AI assistant that responds to WhatsApp leads; generate marketing content and ad strategies; produce analytics and performance reports; and improve platform recommendations. We do not use your data or your customers’ data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the platform.
Meta Platform Data
This platform integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API, and Meta Marketing API. Data obtained from these APIs is used only to provide platform features and is never sold, transferred to data brokers, or used for advertising targeting. We comply with Meta’s Platform Terms (facebook.com/terms/platformpolicies/) and the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service (whatsapp.com/legal/business-terms/).
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform: Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Graph API, Instagram Graph API, Meta Ads API) — governs message delivery, lead capture, and ad management; Anthropic Claude API — processes conversation data to generate AI responses (data is not used to train models); Runway ML API — processes text prompts to generate video content (no personal data transmitted). All processors are contractually bound to process data only as directed.
Data Retention
Website contact enquiries: 12 months. WhatsApp conversations: 24 months from last message, or until deletion is requested. Lead data: 36 months from capture. Ad and analytics data: 36 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing istiackmohammad@gmail.com. Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days.
Data Deletion Requests
WhatsApp users whose data has been captured through our platform may request deletion of their personal data (name, phone number, conversation history) by emailing istiackmohammad@gmail.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and the phone number associated with the record. We will confirm deletion within 30 days. Facebook and Instagram users may also use Facebook’s privacy tools at facebook.com/privacy/ to submit deletion requests.
Data Security
All data is stored on encrypted servers. API tokens and credentials are stored encrypted and never exposed client-side. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel. We implement TLS encryption in transit, bcrypt password hashing, and database-level access controls.
Your Rights
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at orbitronix.tech/privacy.
